Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential & light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
- Identify potential replacement opportunities and generate qualified leads for Comfort Advisors
- Complete service paperwork and documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and service vehicle
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, management, and other technicians
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
- EPA certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or apprenticeship preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of electrical, refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning systems
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and closely with other technicians
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly bend, squat, kneel, reach, push, and pull
