Client Services Claims Specialist
TRUST Environmental Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Part-Time Client Services Claims Specialist to support our Customer Experience (CX) team. This role is ideal for someone with administrative and insurance-related experience who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and enjoys being a reliable point of support for both clients and internal teams.
What You’ll Do
Provide day-to-day administrative and client service support to the CX team
Facilitate, track, and manage Work Authorizations from start to completion
Confirm and verify insurance coverage for active claims
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, insurance carriers, and internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate, organized records and documentation across systems
Support timely claim progression by managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
Industry and/or insurance experience preferred
Salesforce experience preferred
Minimum of 2+ years of administrative or client support experience
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Proven customer service mindset with a professional communication style
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a remote environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
