We are hiring a Sewer In-Home Sales Consultant. You will receive high-quality confirmed leads on a daily basis (2-3), have strong earning potential, and will work with a proven sales system. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home assessments of sewer lines and water heater systems, considering equipment condition, age, scope of work, and customer preferences.
  • Effectively communicate customer needs and propose clear, tailored solutions for sewer repairs, replacements, and water heater installations.
  • Collaborate with customers to design projects and identify optimal solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive in-home sales presentations.
  • Assist customers in securing financing options when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, project details, and sales progress.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the company to address questions or concerns promptly.
  • Cultivate and manage customer relationships to drive long-term satisfaction and referrals.
  • Manage scheduling, change orders, submittals, and close-out documentation.
  • Participate in ongoing training to continually improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of residential in-home sales experience.
  • Experience selling sewer services, water heaters, plumbing, or HVAC products is preferred but not required.
  • Comfortable climbing up a ladder and going on a roof. 
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately assess customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or ServiceTitan preferred.

Strong local reputation and knowledge of the Fort Lauderdale service area is highly desirable.
