Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately install air conditioning, heating, control systems.
• IAQ, and humidity and temperature control systems following precise manufacturer guidelines.
• Proficiently perform system startup and troubleshooting various residential HVAC systems.
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships while gaining in-depth knowledge of customer needs and expectations, both new and existing.

• Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC installation.
• Possession of an EPA Universal Certification.
• A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record, free from major infractions for the past five (5) years.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred.
• Willingness and ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces, with a focus on safety and quality in all tasks.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision and quality workmanship.
• Strengthen customer relationships and showcase the company brand by understanding and exceeding their expectations at every interaction.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated with industry advancements.
