• Outbound calling to warm, qualified leads across all trades.

Requirements: 

• At least two (2) years of inside sales experience (required).
• HVAC industry experience required; Plumbing and Electrical sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record in inside sales, outbound calling, or phone-based closing.
• Strong follow-up, communication, and CRM skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset.
• A quiet, professional workspace for calls and follow-ups.
